Over the past couple of months BEIS ( the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy) has been holding a series of briefing sessions for trade associations and industry representatives. They have now produced a handy summary of the key changes that businesses need to be aware of in a ‘No Deal’ scenario and the actions they could consider taking to prepare. It is accurate as of March 2019 and is subject to change as information is updated or new information is released.
