The IP Bill was debated on Monday 20th January. This, if passed, will introduce criminal provisions for deliberate registered design infringement.
ACID recommends viewing a short video about 3 successful design companies and ACID members who met the Minister Lord Younger recently and talked about their support for Clause 13 and the arguments they articulated for the Bill to also include unregistered designs.
Their arguments are also supported bySebastian Conran and Kevin McCloud.
ACID also held positive talks with The Rt. Hon David Willetts earlier in January.
